[attr="class","paracontentfull"]Levi generally fits the idea of "lean." Think soldier or decalathon athelete rather than powerlifter. He's a bit on the lanky side, but not crazy tall either. In his human form, Levi lacts any real distinguishing scars or birthmarks. Given that his human form is inherently unnatural, his relative perfection in this form shouldn't be too surprising. Granted, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but Levi's human form tends to generally give of a decently attractive, athletic vibe. Generally speaking, Levi's appearence is not one that would cause fear. His base human form lacks and kind of scales, claws, or other draconic features. His shaggy orange hair falls more in the category of hipster than homeless, and his brown eyes are generally devoid of malice. The dragon puts himself together fairly well, but most of his outfits are distinctly urban casual in their style choices. He's rather partial to hoodies, t-shirts, and other informal garments, but you also shouldn't be surprised to see him wearing a robe or a cape. You can take the dragon out of the Middle Ages, but you can't fully take the middle ages out of a dragon.
[attr="class","paracontentfull"] Levi is made up of a lot of the traits that one would traditionally assign to a dragon. He is prideful, greedy, and viciously protective of those he cares about. He is definitely a flawed individual, but at the same time he is relatively chill if you don't piss him off. His favorite thing in the world, the modern world that is, is memes. Please don't get him started. He simply won't shut up. He can go on and on about the latest dumb thing he saw on the internet and it's really best to just not even mention the topic. Aside from that one bit he's rather down to earth and fairly grounded. His views on a lot of things are far more mature than one would assume based on how old he appears. He has the wisdom of thousands of years within him, and that wisdom will often allow itself to show through at the moment you least expect it from someone who only appears to be around his late teens or early twenties. You may also catch him remembering just how different he is from humanity. He sees all humans as "others." They are not his kind, and he does not really hide that fact much. He sees himself as better than most, but isn't mean about it. He'll just casually state his heritage, and thus his superiority, as an obvious thing from time to time.

[attr="class","paracontentfull"]Dragon. The word by itself invokes a myriad of emotions, but most commonly the thing it evokes is fear. There is a primal instinct possessed by all of humanity. If you hear the words “a dragon is attacking” then you drop everything and run. That is what you do when you hear the name “Levi Shaw,” for he is the personification of humanity’s collective understanding of the word “Dragon.” Of course, that just tells you who he is, but not how he got to the moment we are at in the Infinite Grail War, so let us reflect upon the life of Levi Shaw. Usually the first thing you establish in a story is the setting, but here’s a weird fact. It doesn’t matter. Levi isn’t real. He didn’t exist. His legend is an amalgamation of a thousand others. He was born at the beginning of time, 2,500 years ago, and yesterday. His tale begins in Sweden, England, and China all at the same time. Though many of the details of his origin are conflicting, there are still many things that were always the same. No matter what version of his story you heard, there was one thing that was always the same: terror. What is a Dragon? A mythical beast that terrorizes humanity. They were nothing more than stories, right? NO. No they were not. Dragons were very much a real threat throughout the history of humanity. It is only known, now that their existence could genuinely be threatened, that they have retired off to the corners of the world that humanity dares not go. They slumber in volcanoes, on deserted islands, or on the Reverse Side of the World The past is full with tales no matter what you go. Everyone in ages past understood a very simple truth: dragons bring death. So now you’re probably wondering, how in the world does a dragon, the scourge of the world, have an alignment of chaotic good? Well, despite Levi being a crystallization of the archetype “dragon” he still has a version of events that he considers to be his true origin. It begins a thousand years ago or so in the Reverse Side of the World He never did understand the idea of a calendar back then, so the exact year isn’t exactly known to him. The tale of Levi’s True Origin can be summed up pretty neatly. He began as all dragons do. His parents raised him until he was large enough to take care of himself, and then he burned, pillaged, and raised towns until he had accrued a hoard worthy of a dragon. His tale diverged from the usual there though. Once he had a hoard, he asked himself a simple question. He questioned his nature. He questioned why he wanted a hoard. In the end, he could not deny his nature, but he began to understand it. In time, he found that while he could not stop himself from forming a hoard, he benefited not from hurting the villagers. One day he descended upon a village he had never been to before, and the usual scenario played out. People fled form him. Soldiers attacked him. Their spears found no purchase in his flesh, and he bled not. But that was where his tale diverged. He did not burn them to cinders. He saw no reason to. Instead he glared at the soldiers that were trying their best to slay him and asked them a simple question. “Why do you fight me?” He had no intention of harming them. It served no purpose. “I seek treasure, not death.” It was with those words that his story became unique. Over the course of dozens of years, Levi became known as “the good dragon.” Rather than burning down a village to take their treasure, he worked with them to obtain greater riches. His claws plowed the fields of an entire village in an afternoon. In times of drought he brought an entire lake worth of water. His flames roasted their enemies to cinders as easily as he melted down iron for them to smith and sell. Under his benevolent claws, his chosen village became one of the most prosperous in all the land. Even after they paid him more gold than he could accrue through his old means, the village was able to flourish. Of course, all good things must come to an end. Racism, or perhaps speciesism, was alive and well against Dragons back then. Word of “the good dragon” had spread across the land, and eventually enough heroes amassed to take him down. After all, the only good dragon is a dead dragon, and he wasn’t dead until they showed up. But the fact of the matter was that in his life, Levi had done enough good, grown powerful enough, and been legendary enough, that he found himself bound to the Throne of Heroes.

[attr="class","paracontentfull"]How does a dragon fight you might ask? They hit things, in the face, really hard. Levi is a practitioner of Historical European Martial Arts or HEMA for short. While they have a lot of specific techniques and manuals that we have recovered over the ages, his style could best be described by a layperson as that of a brawler. He'll run straight at an opponent headfirst, relying on his natural toughness to shrug off lower level attacks. Anything that his scales can't take he'll try to ignore through sheer grit. If he manages to reach you, then be prepared for a brutal beatdown. Levi will happily trade blow for blow with little thought for defense. He can take more punishment than you can. That's the bet that his entire fighting style relies on, and he's usually correct against an opponent of an equal rank. All that said, he's not exactly what I'd call a smart fighter. He runs on instinct, not analytics. If you can manage to keep your distance, or you can deal with his straightforward assault, then he'll have a hard time hurting you without releasing his Noble Phantasm.
[attr="class","paracontentfullnoborder"] [attr="class","paracontentfull"]Leviathan. It is a name known to many, but the truth is that the details surrounding his powers are exaggerated, misrepresented, and often outright wrong. Levi, as he is known in his human form, has cast off most of his powers that his true form holds. In this form, summoned as Saber, he wields the Sea Dragon’s Blade. This weapon is a crystallization of his true form’s power. It gives him complete telekinetic control over all water sources that are less powerful than his Noble Phantasm. Explicitly stated, this means non-NP sources less than or equal to the rank of his Noble Phantasm can be controlled, and NP sources with a lower rank can be controlled. As far as natural bodies of water are concerned, he is limited to something the size of a basketball/large suv/house/skyscraper/city block/one of the great lakes (E/D/C/B/A/EX). As some of his uses require more specificity this is translated into 10/50/100/150/250/500 units of water. And no, the units are not to scale. They are a 1:1 equivalent with the ranks of mana just to keep comparison points simple. A single unit of water changes size throughout the ranks. When used offensively or defensively, Levi’s Noble Phantasm controlled water is mechanically similar to offensive or defensive magecraft. The primary difference is that rather than costing a significant amount of mana for his attacks, his primary resource is the raw volume of water he can control. Certain uses require a set amount of water units. In general, Levi must use as many water units as he could normally control at that rank for his offense/defense to have that rank in a clash of attacks. As an example, if Levi has achieved Rank B in his Noble Phantasm (150 units total) he can split his water into one B rank (150=150), or 1 C and 1 D rank (100+50=150), 3 D Ranks (50*3=150), or 15 E ranks (15*10=150). There are, of course, some limitations on what Levi can control. Generally speaking, the water must fit the concept of water for free control. In layman’s terms this means that anything someone will actually point at and say “that’s water” can be controlled by Levi. This includes things like fresh water, salt water, vitamin water, puddles, rain, etc. It also includes anything that would change to water through natural processes such as snow or ice. What it does not include are things that are mostly water such as gatorade, blood, or mud. These require the use of his first property, which we’ll cover later. [attr="class","subheaderbgfull"] [attr="class","subheader"][D-Continuous] Property 1: Dehydrate This property is the ability to remove all the water content from something that does not purely fit into the concept of water. This property may be triggered on physical contact between his blade and the target, but this is considered a continuously active ability. If Levi has the capacity to control more water, then his sword will be using this property unless he wills it not to. For example, this transmutes mud to dirt, living bodies to shriveled husks, and leaves salt water as no more than a pile of salt. When this technique is used the water that is removed from the target is channeled through the core of Levi’s blade and is stored within the sword until it is needed. Water extracted in this way is completely pure and thus can be controlled by Levi normally. When used on a manaless target (anything inanimate, normal humans, or non-human creatures) this ability is limited to extracting as much water as he can currently control. That said, it is also bounded by the amount of water in the area. He can't extract a lake's worth of water from a puddle. When used on a living, mana-filled target (magi, servants, etc) then he is limited to extracting enough water to cause a minor/minor/moderate/moderate/major/major wound (at property rank: E/D/C/B/A/EX) by withering away the point of contact. This deals an additional wound beyond whatever physical damage might be dealt if he stabs the target, but this property will be triggered on any contact if Levi wishes it. There is also the passive activation of this property on the air. Just by existing and being revealed, Levi can pull up to the full amount he can control over 1/1/2/2/3/4 posts from the sky (at corresponding levels of his Noble Phantasm). To be clear, yes, this does get harder as he is able to control more water. [attr="class","subheaderbgfull"] [attr="class","subheader"][E-Activated] Property 2: Hydrate While Levi can rip the very essence of life from others by dehydrating them, he can also perform the exact opposite feat for himself. Levi, as a Servant, is a being of mana. He can actively choose to recover mana by converting his water to mana at a 1:1 ratio. He is limited to recovering mana up to his normal cap and can only convert as many units as he can normally control at the rank of this property. Obviously, this is classified as a technique-like ability and not a spell-like ability. It has a cooldown of 1/2/3/4/5/6 posts at ranks E/D/C/B/A/EX. It can be activated for an amount less than his current maximum usage, and will trigger the cooldown for the rank that it rounds up to. [attr="class","subheaderbgfull"] [attr="class","subheader"][E-Activated] Property 3: Rapid Refill Unsurprisingly, there can come times where Levi cannot pull water out of the environment fast enough for him to keep up with his desired usage. Hydrate is a simple property. It converts mana to water units at a 1:1 ratio. He can limit the amount converted below that as much as he wants, but that is the upper bound. Unlike his passive collection, this generation is instantaneous. [attr="class","subheaderbgfull"] [attr="class","subheader"][E-Activated] Property 4: Phase Change This property is a fairly simple ability, but one that goes beyond the scope of Levi’s basic powers. Phase Change allows Levi to change the state of matter that a body of water is in. He can change it from liquid to solid or gas and back, but he cannot go from gas straight to solid. If he pays the activation cost twice he can rapidly go from gas to solid, but that is a double cost maneuver. [attr="class","subheaderbgfull"] [attr="class","subheader"] [C-Activated]Property 5: Unheralded Onslaught Tempest While most of what Levi can do requires nothing more than has passive control over water to accomplish, there is one move in his arsenal that stands beyond his normal powers. This is what takes his abilities from mere elemental restricted telekinesis to something worthy of being called a Noble Phantasm. Most of his powers involve some degree of timing of buildup, but this is different. Unheralded Onslaught Tempest is his ultimate attack. By raising his blade towards the sky and calling out the name of this attack, all of his normal time-based restrictions are bypassed. The instant those three words leave his lips, the maximum amount of water he can normally control is summoned, ignoring his normal cap. But this water is not summoned idly under his control. Instead a target is designated, and that target serves as the center-point for a violent waterspout (a tornado made of water). The formation of the waterspout is instantaneous at the end of the attack's name, but could be theoretically avoided by an opponent can leave the field of battle faster than Levi can speak upon sensing that danger. Such an opponent would likely need either Rank EX speed, the Disengage skill, or the user of a master's command seal. Once trapped within, the storm completely surrounds the target, requiring brute force to break out. Once formed, the waterspout threatens to destroy everything inside it. Unlike a natural storm, even the eye of the storm is unsafe to all but Levi. The vicious nature of this attack is beyond his ability to safely control, and he is unable to keep even his master safe within this environment. At the start of every post that one spends within this attack they suffer two minor/minor/moderate/moderate/major/major wounds of a concussive nature if used with water and a stabbing nature if the storm is phase changed to ice. This is at ranks E/D/C/B/A/EX. Though it lacks any sort of grace, Levi can direct the waterspout to move around the battlefield. This ability lasts for up to four posts.
Levi is currently incapable of using magecraft.
